Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide teletherapy sessions tailored to clients' unique situations, utilizing techniques from various therapeutic modalities to guide them towards progress.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all clinical and progress notes are documented accurately and timely according to clinic policies.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and emergency support for clients experiencing immediate emotional distress, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or another relevant certification is required.

• Minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, effectively addressing a range of therapeutic issues.

• Superior organizational skills, with the ability to remain self-directed and manage multiple caseloads effectively in a virtual environment.

• Proficiency in using technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years is essential, additional experience in teletherapy or crisis intervention is advantageous. Familiarity with community resources and the ability to liaise with other healthcare providers will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
