Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning, utilizing validated assessment tools.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using varied modalities suited to the client's needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Provide teletherapy options ensuring accessibility for clients with geographical or mobility limitations.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation consistent with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that all case notes and treatment histories are up-to-date.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, case consultations, and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Washington as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
