Working from the comfort of your own space, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions while maintaining the professionalism and adherence to safety protocols typical of an outpatient clinic. The role allows you flexibility as you manage your schedule within regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, identifying the severity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals, preferences, and unique life circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and support mental health recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing various treatment options and offering effective self-care strategies that empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adjusting interventions and treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and techniques in mood disorder treatment to continuously refine clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals affected by mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
