Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, histories, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies for therapy.

• Provide psychotherapy through both in-person and telehealth sessions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant practices.

• Engage with clients by actively listening and fostering an empathetic and understanding atmosphere to facilitate a positive therapeutic relationship.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical services provided, including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultations to discuss client cases, share best practices, and implement feedback into service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
