Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to inform treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention support, working in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, to meet clinic standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Empower clients and their families by delivering psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to navigate mental health challenges more effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate and enhance the quality of patient care.

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients who have experienced trauma, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
