Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Assistant Director of Nursing supports clinical operations, empowers nursing teams, and helps ensure that every resident receives safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in a supportive and dignified environment.Responsibilities for Staffing Coordinator:Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and adequate nursing coverage at all times.Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating staff requests to ensure proper unit coverage.Prepare, complete, and post work schedules and staffing sheets in a timely and accurate manner.Coordinate staffing variances and schedule changes with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure schedules align with operational and regulatory needs.Build strong working relationships with staff to support collaboration and staffing stability.Communicate schedule updates, changes, and staffing needs clearly and professionally.Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.Qualifications for Staffing Coordinator:Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll support within a nursing center or healthcare setting required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling needs.Ability to ensure appropriate staffing levels while balancing multiple priorities.Experience coordinating nursing schedules and managing staffing variances preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and gain staff support.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.Our Core Values in ActionPassion – Supporting resident care by ensuring safe and consistent staffing coverage.Respect – Communicating scheduling decisions fairly and professionally while valuing staff needs.Excellence – Delivering accurate, efficient, and reliable staffing coordination that supports high-quality care.Benefits for Staffing Coordinator:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeCompany-sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesThe facility provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
