Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, personable, and organized Front Desk Executive to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, staying organized, and supporting a positive and professional workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and create a positive experience.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Provide information about products, services, and company activities.
• Assist customers with general questions and requests.
• Support appointment scheduling and routine front desk activities.
• Receive and direct visitors appropriately.
• Assist with incoming mail, deliveries, and general office activities.
• Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and front desk information.
• Communicate customer questions and concerns to appropriate team members.
• Support customer service and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with general administrative activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
• Customer-focused attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and by phone.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
