What You’ll Do

As a Fry/Grill Cook at BANH MI BOYS, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality and taste. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items on the fryers and grill with precision and care.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience working as a fry or grill cook in a professional kitchen.
A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
A commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
