Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment programs in accordance with physician referrals.

• Implement treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training, ensuring interventions are in line with modern clinical guidelines.

• Provide education and training to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge to facilitate recovery and maintain progress outside the clinic.

• Monitor patient progress regularly and adapt treatment strategies to achieve optimal outcomes, documenting all interactions and modifications in a precise manner.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care delivery, including communication with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate records that fulfill legal and organizational requirements while also contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Proficient in word processing and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred. Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package.
