Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including reviewing patient history and performing detailed assessments, leading to informed treatment recommendations.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and the proposed treatment plan to patients and their families, encouraging involvement in setting realistic rehabilitation goals.
• Effectively implement individualized treatment protocols tailored to patients' specific needs, demonstrating adaptability based on ongoing assessments and the changing healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to modify treatment plans as necessary, addressing any changes in patients' conditions and documenting these modifications accurately.
• Prepare and execute discharge plans, ensuring clear communication and documentation of care activities, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and final discharge summaries.
• Enhance operational efficiency by demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting productivity targets, while maintaining a consistent and accurate schedule.
• Play an active role in departmental initiatives, contributing to goal-setting and strategic planning in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of patients suffering from various conditions including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and orthopaedic challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in Florida is mandatory.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is necessary to ensure patient safety.
• Preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and advanced therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
