Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assessing patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Establishing individualized treatment plans that implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to track progress and document clinical findings throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Regularly reevaluating and modifying treatment plans to ensure alignment with patient goals and needs.
• Training patients and their families on exercises, self-care strategies, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Maintaining up-to-date professional knowledge by attending workshops, participating in professional groups, and reviewing current literature related to orthopedic therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be patients experiencing musculoskeletal ailments, including but not limited to post-operative recovery cases, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
