This full-time position is based in our orthopedic outpatient office, where you will be at the forefront of patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating movement dysfunctions, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and restoring patients to their optimal functional status.

Work Environment

This role is set in our modern outpatient office equipped with state-of-the-art therapy equipment and resources. You will work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team in a friendly and supportive environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify movement dysfunctions and develop precise, personalized treatment strategies that align with each patient's goals.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and billing information accurately in adherence to clinic protocols to ensure continuity of care and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with a range of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance patient outcomes and drive successful recovery processes.
• Maintain productivity benchmarks while staying informed about current best practices, techniques, and advances in the field of physical therapy.
• Engage in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to contribute to program development and enhance clinical skills.
• Create a safe and welcoming clinical environment, ensuring equipment is maintained and available for patient use.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working primarily with orthopedic patients recovering from various musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. You will cater to a diverse patient demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, thereby significantly impacting their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Required: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• A strong commitment to being a part of a team that values high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating a solid track record in patient therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
