Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, as therapists will provide services directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic illnesses, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and limitations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing diverse rehabilitation techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices, aimed at relieving pain and enhancing mobility.
• Implement ongoing assessments to document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure that therapeutic goals are met effectively.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on effective self-care practices and the correct use of assistive devices for improved mobility and independence.

Qualifications
