Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgical procedures, helping identify their individual rehabilitation needs in a supportive environment.
• Design, implement, and modify comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the application of rehabilitative equipment.
• Document patient progress rigorously, ensuring all records reflect treatment responses and adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding rehabilitation exercises, use of assistive devices, and overall health management strategies.
• Maintain an ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops and engagement with professional publications, contributing to state-of-the-art patient care at our facility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
