Job Details Specialty: Telemetry / Neuro Telemetry Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Location: Spokane, WA Start Date: September 8, 2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,850 – $1,950 Orientation: 36 hours Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Floating: May float between nearby units as needed Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required Neuro or neurology experience is required Telemetry RN experience strongly preferred Current RN licensure required; compact license must be in hand at submission ACLS , BLS , and NIHSS certifications required Epic charting experience required Comfort with NIH scale and care of post-surgical neurology patients Experience with patient ratios around 1:4 preferred Ability to work scheduled weekends and float to meet unit needs Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients on a neuroscience telemetry unit Monitor telemetry, recognize rhythm changes, and respond appropriately to patient needs Care for post-operative neurology patients and patients with a range of neurological diagnoses Perform thorough neuro assessments and support stroke, seizure, and neurosurgical care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and unit protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, coordinated patient care Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication throughout the shift Adapt to changing patient assignments and float as needed to support unit operations Why This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
