Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, plus 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• We value demonstrated experience leading the effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools, with the ability to define validation standards for correctness, performance, and security.
• We expect a strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resilient, secure delivery practices.
• We need proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python, Flask, and Django, with experience building microservices-based applications; for full-stack roles, this also includes front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular.
• We require substantial experience designing and deploying resilient AWS applications, with familiarity across core AWS services, high-availability patterns, disaster recovery, and AWS Well-Architected principles.

• We expect hands-on experience building agentic AI applications with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or AWS Bedrock Agents, including multi-agent workflows, tool integration, memory, and orchestration.
• We look for experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, distributed systems, and web technologies including RESTful APIs, web services, WebSockets, and JSON.
• We require experience working with agile methods such as Scrum and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.

• We promote enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational results, while reinforcing secure coding, peer review, automated testing, and pattern reuse.
• We apply SDLC toolchain expertise, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value of automation.
• We lead communities of practice across software engineering to raise awareness and adoption of emerging technologies.
• We investigate and resolve issues quickly, ensuring they do not return.
