Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the development and delivery of effective mental health interventions:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, identifying their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Perform individual, family, and group therapy sessions using integrative approaches that respect the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent need, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
