Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working fully remote, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst will analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and communicate recommendations to drive commercial performance in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Interpret and prioritize incoming requests for analysis projects, conducting analyses and communicating findings to various stakeholders Own key commercial operations initiatives, including compensation, quota management, and territory design, while streamlining processes Support sales and finance teams by collecting and organizing data to inform decisions and improve operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field; MBA is a plus 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a related analytical function Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau Ability to analyze data using Python, R, or SQL preferred; experience in the medical device or life sciences industry is a plus Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
