Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through secure video conferencing, offering one-on-one counseling sessions to enhance their mental well-being.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of individuals from various backgrounds, facing different mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), allowing independent practice without supervision. Please note that provisional or limited licenses will not be considered.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a proven ability to manage individual caseloads effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated capability in making professional evaluations and treatment planning decisions, especially using a solution-based framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n
