Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Process payroll data and perform accurate data entry Audit timecards, timesheets, overtime, PTO, and attendance records Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Assist with payroll adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting Respond to employee payroll inquiries Maintain confidential payroll and employee information Support the Payroll team with additional administrative duties as needed Ideal Candidate: Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work well with different personalities. The candidate should be comfortable working overtime and handling confidential information. Systems: Workday, Kronos/UKG, or Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, along with strong Excel skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
