This role is remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance while enabling you to impact clients’ lives from the comfort of your own space. The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring consistent availability for our clients in need of assistance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and intervene effectively for clients experiencing immediate mental health emergencies.

• Engage in direct counseling services, providing initial support and ongoing care for individuals requiring mental health interventions.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency response personnel to ensure client safety and protection during critical situations.

• Deliver follow-up care and develop tailored recommendations, ensuring clients have the resources they need to continue their healing journey.

• Utilize established crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques when handling challenging scenarios to promote safe and supportive environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in mental health counseling or a related clinical role.

• Specific training or specialized knowledge in geriatric mental health and aging-related concerns is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
