This position is designed for remote work, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology to deliver counseling services. As part of our telehealth facility, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing therapy to clients in Laredo, Texas, and the surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve desired outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, depending on the client's individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation in accordance with state laws and organizational standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Your role will be to create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings while implementing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a professional setting.

• Proficiency in creating individualized treatment plans and applying various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
