Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that focus on measurable goals, providing clients with structured paths to healing and improved relationships.

• Perform comprehensive intakes and assessments to accurately identify the emotional and relational needs of clients, enabling personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in line with state regulations, HIPAA standards, and our organizational policies, ensuring security and confidentiality of client information.

• Regularly engage in team meetings and case reviews to discuss clinical progress, share insights, and receive constructive feedback for continued professional development.

• Participate in community initiatives and outreach programs designed to elevate awareness of mental health resources available, actively working to decrease stigma around seeking therapy.

• Implement crisis interventions and emotional support strategies during critical situations, using evidence-based practices to resolve issues effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Diversus Mental Health & Wellness, you will cater to a diverse range of clients including individuals facing trauma, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families navigating transitions together. Your expertise will be essential in providing trauma-informed care and fostering an environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and struggles.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee .

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using clinical judgment to evaluate client needs and work collaboratively with peers for optimal treatment decisions.

• Adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance at all times.

• Experience providing trauma-informed care and working with families in crisis situations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in delivering therapeutic services is highly desirable. An understanding of current trends in mental health care and proficiency with virtual counseling platforms will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
