Job Title: Runner

We are looking for a Runner with experience in purchase management and courier services to join our team in Puerto Rico. This position is crucial for providing operational and administrative support through the management of errands, delivery and collection of documents, materials, and equipment, as well as any other logistical management necessary to support the continuity of engineering and construction projects. This position requires an organized, responsible, proactive person with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and who knows and uses safety equipment appropriately.

Responsibilities:

• Perform errands related to projects, government offices, suppliers, and clients.
• Deliver and collect documents, contracts, permits, blueprints, and other important documents.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment between offices, warehouses, and projects.
• Support the coordination and distribution of supplies for projects and offices.
• Manage administrative procedures before government agencies, banks, postal services, and other entities.
• Make bank deposits, payments, and collection of checks as required.
• Support the organization, filing, and distribution of documentation.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and report their status promptly.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries for construction projects.
• Support supervisors and project managers with specific operational needs.
• Verify that the deliveries made have the required documentation.
• Maintain the vehicles and equipment assigned in good condition.

Requirements:

• Current drivers license and acceptable driving record. Heavy-duty category desirable (not essential).
• Knowledge of synchronous vehicle changes.
• Knowledge of trolley or tow (not essential).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchase management and courier services.
• Desirable 10-hour OSHA safety training (not essential).
• Basic knowledge of routes, directions, and GPS navigation.
• Good time management and sense of urgency.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile applications.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lb and use ladders.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
• Availability to constantly interact with suppliers, employees, and subcontractors.

What We Offer:

Salary: $12 - $15 per hour according to demonstrable experience. Benefits: Overtime, vacations, sick leave, and legal bonus. Growth: Constant training and certifications. Environment: Direct treatment, respect, and real safety. Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
