As the Executive Chef IV, you’ll oversee daily culinary operations, inspire your team, drive innovation, and maintain the highest standards for quality, safety, and service. This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sustainability, local sourcing, and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the culinary and food service operation, including inventory, ordering, receiving, production, and presentation.
• Manage purchasing, food costs, inventory controls, and menu development.
• Develop creative, high-quality menus with an emphasis on local and sustainable food products.
• Monitor financial performance and support P&L accountability.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards.
• Lead exposition cooking and oversee consistent, timely, and visually appealing service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team.
• Stay current on food, catering, and hospitality trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, food cost controls, and menu development.
• Experience with contract-managed services and P&L accountability preferred.
• Proven knowledge of food production, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards.
• Experience with high-volume cooking.
• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
