Procurement Agent Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our SCO – EVT Vendor Asset & BCA Paint team in Everett, Washington. Our team is currently hiring for (Level 4)-Senior or (Level 5)-Lead Procurement Agent. Position Responsibilities: Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): 7+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes and practices 7+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 3+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions Domestic and international travel 25% Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Level 5: 10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree 10+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
