Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans to address each patient's specific goals and mobility challenges, ensuring a tailored approach that encourages optimum recovery.
• Manage a balanced patient load, dedicating focused time and attention to delivering high-quality care.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to utilize effective and safe therapeutic techniques that improve function and lessen pain.
• Implement cost-effective treatment protocols that emphasize non-surgical alternatives, reducing dependence on pharmaceuticals.
• Create comprehensive rehabilitation plans that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy and exercise-based interventions.
• Design fitness and wellness programs based on thorough patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process by offering encouragement and celebrating their successes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multi-faceted approach to care and evaluate ongoing treatment processes regularly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in line with compliance standards to reflect the progression and effectiveness of treatments provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, and improving mobility post-injury. Your expertise and intervention will play a crucial role in enhancing their physical capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of various manual therapy techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
• Exceptional competency in formulating and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation and patient tracking.
• Up-to-date understanding of physical therapy practices, backed by current research and evidence-based methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a home care or outpatient physical therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• A history of strong patient rapport is advantageous, as well as a commitment to holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities to support your career growth.
