Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify the specific needs of students.

• Collaborate with students and their families to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, cultural considerations, and educational requirements.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats—individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Offer crisis intervention services, partnering with other healthcare professionals and school personnel to ensure our students receive comprehensive and continuous care.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Empower students and their families by providing psychoeducation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate a holistic care approach for students.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and trends in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical work to enhance patient care.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children and adolescents in school settings, addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Our approach emphasizes understanding the sociocultural factors influencing each student's experience, allowing for tailored interventions that resonate with each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
