Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy, to deliver high-quality mental health services that promote client well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create treatment plans, regularly reviewing their progress and modifying goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Equip clients with effective coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health challenges, enhancing their overall resilience and self-efficacy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, as well as external community partners, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the clinic’s services and add value to the local community.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and care coordination records, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct research to identify and advocate for additional resources that may benefit clients, such as referrals to support services or higher-level care facilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with diverse individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n
