About the Role We're seeking experienced retirement professionals who understand both investment management and Fixed Indexed Annuities. Whether your experience comes from advising clients directly, wholesaling retirement products, serving as a product specialist, or partnering with financial advisors, you have a strong understanding of how Fixed Indexed Annuities fit into comprehensive retirement income planning. This is not an entry-level position. Our advisors meet with qualified retirement-focused households every week and are expected to confidently guide clients through investment and insurance solutions in a fiduciary environment. What You'll Do Conduct retirement planning conversations with pre-retirees and retirees Meet with 12–15 new qualified appointments each week, along with follow-up appointments Build comprehensive retirement income strategies utilizing investments and Fixed Indexed Annuities when appropriate Educate clients on retirement income, risk management, guaranteed income solutions, and long-term financial planning Deliver recommendations in a compliant, fiduciary-first environment Work closely with operations, onboarding, compliance, and support teams so your focus remains on serving clients No prospecting, cold calling, marketing, seminar hosting, or lead generation responsibilities What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active Series 65 (or ability to obtain before start date) Active Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain before start date) Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing financial services experience Strong consultative sales skills Experience working with retirement-age clients Insurance-only sales backgrounds without investment advisory experience are not a fit for this role Preferred Experience 5+ years of professional Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA) experience , whether as a: Financial Advisor Investment Advisor Representative Internal or External Wholesaler Product Specialist Retirement Consultant Other retirement-focused financial services professional Strong understanding of retirement income planning, Fixed Indexed Annuities, accumulation strategies, income riders, and suitability considerations Experience presenting retirement solutions to clients and/or educating financial advisors on retirement products Compensation & Benefits W-2 Employee Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Target first-year compensation: $150,000+ More than 80% of MDRN advisors exceed $150,000 during their first year Performance incentives designed to reward consistency—not heroics 401(k) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Unlimited PTO Top performers regularly earn well beyond first-year targets.
