Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Pasadena, CA, supporting high-impact labor organizing, union representation, worker advocacy, and leadership development initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned labor professional who is passionate about advancing workers' rights, workplace equity, economic justice, and member empowerment.

The Field Coordinator will lead strategic organizing campaigns, coach and support field staff, develop member leaders, and help drive contract campaigns, membership engagement, and political action efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic organizing plans focused on workplace issues, contract campaigns, membership engagement, and leadership development.
- Manage, coach, and mentor Union Representatives and Internal Organizers through regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and campaign reviews.
- Lead organizing, representation, steward, and leadership development trainings for staff, members, and workplace leaders.
- Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously, including contract campaigns, membership drives, political engagement initiatives, and workplace advocacy efforts.
- Recruit, train, and support stewards, worksite leaders, contract action teams, and workplace committees.
- Collaborate with leadership, organizing, political, and field teams to identify new organizing opportunities and strengthen member engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Location: Pasadena, CA.
