Job Description: Sales Executive - HR Software Position: Sales Executive Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for our HRMS and Payroll software solutions. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals while building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. Prospect HR leaders, business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers across SMEs and enterprises. Understand client HR and payroll challenges and recommend suitable software solutions. Schedule and conduct online/offline product demonstrations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle until closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records. Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams. Stay updated on HR technology trends and competitor offerings. Build long-term client relationships. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-oriented mindset. Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Relationship-building and customer management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field. MBA is an added advantage. Experience 2-4 years in B2B software/SaaS sales. Experience in HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or enterprise software preferred. KPIs Revenue targets achieved.
