Responsibilities: • • Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of both plaintiff and defense matters. • Collaborate closely with our managing attorney to develop and implement strategic litigation plans. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity. • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations, advocating for their best interests. • Engage in client consultations to provide clear, actionable legal advice and build strong client relationships. • Coordinate with expert witnesses, gathering and organizing evidence to strengthen case arguments and outcomes. Qualifications: • • Experience in litigation with two to three years of practice, demonstrating a strong understanding of both plaintiff and defense cases. • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters. • Proven track record of collaborating with senior attorneys to develop and implement strategic litigation plans. • Skill in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings. • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity. • Experience in representing clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations, advocating for their best interests. • Ability to engage in client consultations, providing clear, actionable legal advice and building strong client relationships. Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually DOE
