Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you can provide effective therapy services to our diverse caseload. Our telehealth facility utilizes innovative technology to facilitate therapy sessions, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients from the comfort of your own workspace. The position requires a Monday to Friday availability from 9 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for hybrid work and occasional evening or weekend sessions as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Evara, you will engage in a variety of essential activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand each client's unique background and needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals tailored to each client’s situation.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapy, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities that best meet client needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with other mental health providers, primary care physicians, and community resources to create a holistic support network for clients.

• Participating in regular case reviews, peer consultation groups, and ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

You will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions, providing them with tailored support and coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active Tennessee LPC-MHSP license or license eligibility within 90 days is mandatory.

• Proven experience providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings is essential.

• Proficiency in developing treatment plans, conducting thorough assessments, and diagnosing conditions according to DSM-5 criteria.

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for maintaining documentation requirements.

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Experience working within a telehealth setting is advantageous, as it enhances your ability to engage with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), continuing education unit (CEU) support, and reimbursement for license renewal fees. Furthermore, performance bonuses may be available based on services rendered and client outcomes.
