Make a meaningful impact supporting students across preschool through 12th grade in this full-time, onsite role for the 2026–2027 school year. As a school psychologist, you’ll partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to conduct comprehensive special education evaluations, provide valuable psychological services, and help each student thrive within their learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in School Psychology
• Current approval as a School Psychologist by the Michigan Department of Education
• Experience in administering and interpreting a variety of cognitive, social-emotional, and academic assessments
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with special education, teaching staff, and families
• Familiarity with state and federal special education guidelines and timelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct special education evaluations for students from preschool through 12th grade, adapting your approach as student needs and caseloads shift
• Complete all required documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with special education laws and deadlines
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement appropriate interventions and supports
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed within the district

This contract opportunity features a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week, all performed onsite. The collaborative setting and varied caseload provide ongoing opportunities to refine your skills and expand your expertise.
