Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Document client progress, treatment interventions, and other required paperwork promptly to comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine positive behavior support plans that align with each client’s needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality assurance standards within the agency.

• Foster communication with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and state organizations to promote Diamond Path’s mission and secure potential partnerships.

• Pursue continued professional development opportunities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions.

• Uphold and advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions with clients and the community.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to further enhance the effectiveness of the counseling program.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Diamond Path Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient population. Qualifications\n
