Restaurant Leadership Team | Kitchen Manager & Front of House Manager | Orange, CT

A restaurant runs on two engines: what happens on the line and what happens on the floor. Right now, we're looking for the leaders to run both.

We're partnering with a respected, high-volume BBQ concept in Orange, CT, to fill two key leadership roles: a Kitchen Manager and a Front of House Manager . This is a brand built on scratch-made food, servant leadership, and a genuine commitment to the community it serves. Kitchen Manager

You'll own back-of-house operations from prep to plate. That means:

• Setting the standard : Running thorough line checks so every dish hits the mark on quality and temperature.
• Managing inventory and prep : Keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh product, without the waste.
• Developing the team : Coaching and mentoring a back-of-house crew that takes pride in the work.

You're detail-oriented, unwilling to compromise on food quality or cleanliness, and know how to keep a kitchen focused when the tickets stack up.

Front of House Manager

You'll set the tone for every shift and every guest interaction. That means:

• Leading the floor : Directing daily operations with a hands-on approach.
• Developing the team : Coaching and retaining a front-of-house staff that delivers consistently.
• Protecting the standards : Holding the line on service, cleanliness, and execution.
• Driving the business : Managing labor smartly while keeping the guest experience front and center.

You've led in a high-volume, casual dining environment, and you stay sharp under pressure, not just calm, but effective.
