PositionDuties: Analyzeandresolvehardware,software,andoperationalissueswithinourservicelevelagreements Maintainabasicunderstandingofoperationalprocedures LogallincidentsintoanIncidentManagementSystemwithclear,conciselanguage Workinanefficient/fast-pacedenvironmenttomeetorexceedteamandindividualservicetargets Achieveanontargetoraboveratingonquality,service,andproductivitymetrics Followproperescalationpaths,whennecessary,toresolveissues Providestellarcustomerservicetoourcustomers,treatingeverycallwithrespectandpositiveenergy CollaboratewithotherServiceDeskAnalyststotroubleshootandresolvecomplexissues Participateinallindividualandgrouptraininginitiatives PositionQualifications: Aminimumof1yearofITHelpDesk/CallCenter/CustomerServiceexperience,withabasicunderstandingofcomputerconcepts(PCfundamentals,OperatingSystems)andtechnicalticketing/casemanagementtools Goodorganizational,oral/writtencommunication,andproblem-solvingskills,includingtheabilitytotype40wordsperminute BilingualSpanishfluencypreferred Basicunderstandingofrestaurantoperationspreferred AminimumofaHighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired;Associate’sorBachelor’sDegreeinInformationTechnologypreferred #ALINE11
