Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal

About the role We're looking for an experienced estate planning and probate paralegal to support our attorneys across drafting, filing, and client-facing administration work. This is a substantive role with direct client contact; you'll be a primary point of contact for families navigating trust and probate administration, not just a document processor. What you'll do Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and patient advocate designations under attorney supervision Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, and annual accounts with Probate Courts Handle trust funding: prepare deeds (including Lady Bird deeds), retitle assets, and update beneficiary designations Communicate directly with clients and beneficiaries throughout the estate planning and administration process Track deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements across an active caseload Maintain organized client files, both physical and digital, in compliance with firm and confidentiality standards Assist attorneys with client meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr 100KCrossing
