What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures
• Assist with patient management, family education, and care planning within a high-acuity environment
• Engage in quality improvement projects and evidence-based practices
• Support pediatric subspecialty care including surgery, cardiology, and neurology
• Take part in a team-oriented, family-centered approach to neonatal care
• Contribute to a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities for new graduates

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• 2+ years of NNP experience preferred but open to new graduates
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU setting
