Aufgaben Aktive Neukundenakquise bei den Top-500-Unternehmen in Österreich – kein Bestandskundengeschäft, kein reaktives Listenabarbeiten Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des gesamten Sales Lifecycles: vom ersten Kaltanruf über persönliche Visits und Events bis zum Vertragsabschluss Professionelles Management von öffentlichen und privaten B2B-Ausschreibungen – Analyse der Vergabeunterlagen, Angebotserstellung, Preisstrategie und Präsentation auf Entscheiderebene Strategische Positionierung des Unternehmens als Partner für C-Level und Procurement-Verantwortliche in Großunternehmen (ab 300 MA) Marktentwicklung in einem definierten Verkaufsgebiet österreichweit, Schwerpunkt zwischen Salzburg und Wien Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Branchenevents, Messen und Netzwerkveranstaltungen Enge Abstimmung mit internen Teams und dem Country Sales Manager für Österreich Qualifikation Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb mit nachweisbarem Fokus auf Großkundenakquise (Hunter-Rolle, keine Key Account Pflege) Ausschreibungserfahrung im B2B-Umfeld – öffentliche und/oder private Vergaben Das umfasst insbesondere: Analyse und Interpretation von Vergabeunterlagen Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung unter Margendruck Stakeholder-Management über mehrere Entscheidungsebenen Präsentation und Verhandlung auf C-Level Erfahrung im Bereich physischer B2B-Produkte (Hygiene, PSA, MRO, Facility, Office o.ä.) – kein SaaS-Hintergrund erforderlich Deutsch als Muttersprache, kommunikationsstark und gesprächig; Englisch mindestens B2 Reisebereitschaft im österreichischen Verkaufsgebiet, Führerschein B #J-18808-Ljbffr Start To Finish Consulting GmbH
