We manage and staff healthcare facilities on a national basis, on either a temporary (locum tenens) or permanent status. Our physician Group is in search of a motivated individual with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and several years of high-level recruitment experience.Position Overview:Acquire new locum & perm physicians/providers, APP's & CRNA'sCreate and maintain relationships with clients and physicians/providers leading to a long-term working relationshipUtilize a sense of urgency, with persistence and professionalism to achieve placement for your physicians/providersCapable of utilizing all recruiting channels, including Internet sources, Bullhorn ATS, and social media/networking to their fullest capacitiesResponsible for placement of locum & perm providers into client's medical facilities and clinics by matching physician skill level, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, professional certifications and designations applicable per state and federal regulationsArrange interviews for physicians/clientsNegotiate contract terms with clients and physicians and extend offersStrong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with candidates in a professional mannerStrong organization and time management skillsA creative thinker who likes to think outside the boxWe Offer:Base salary + uncapped commission ($70-100K plus)Weekly payroll401(k)Full Medical, Vision & Dental BenefitsPTO, Paid HolidaysCorporate Career PathRequirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience of successful Healthcare RecruitingPhysician & APP sourcing (recruiting) experience is highly preferredEffective negotiation skillsStrong phone skills (Majority of business is completed via telephone)College level education or equivalent experience desiredDelphi Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.
