Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and address the individualized needs of clients.

• Administering a wide range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate healing and promote mental wellness.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to evaluate treatment progress and outcomes.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
