This position provides a unique opportunity to work remotely while still being integrated into our outpatient clinic's collaborative team environment. Our structure allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering impactful therapy. You will enjoy the flexibility of a schedule that promotes a professional atmosphere, with dedicated office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess client needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring the development of customized therapy plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing various clinical techniques tailored to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate client documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, tracking treatment progress and documenting case notes effectively.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to enhance patient care and foster a supportive clinic environment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and special interest groups to expand clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse adult and adolescent clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and foster a productive therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in diverse clinical settings, including outpatient facilities, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
