Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues to families facing challenges navigating life's transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong technological aptitude with proficiency in telehealth platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and the Google Suite.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish rapport and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
