Lead and Mentor: As your business grows, recruit, train and mentor other motivated professionals building their own businesses. The Ideal Candidate At least six years of proven professional experience in marketing leadership, brand management or a related field. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and storytelling skills. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing others. Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed in an independent capacity. A growth mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. You will be promoting personal development programmes, so be sure you can see yourself fully engaging with them. Excellent time management and organisational skills for a remote work environment. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic global business.
