Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, aligning clear therapeutic goals and interventions to promote clients' healing and growth.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure seamless, coordinated care for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans as needed to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
