Construction Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to manage the construction side of luxury residential design projects. This is a hands-on role involving contractors, subcontractors, trades, schedules, budgets, site coordination, quality control, and client communication.

This is not an administrative coordinator position. You will be actively involved in construction implementation and will have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction bidding, scope reviews, and contractor proposals
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and trades
• Build and maintain project schedules and track deadlines
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost variances
• Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and final punch lists
• Identify and resolve construction, design, and scheduling conflicts
• Review floor plans, construction documents, and design specifications
• Maintain clear documentation of site conditions, decisions, delays, and changes
• Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, designers, and internal teams
• Hold contractors accountable for schedule, quality, and agreed scope

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction, interior design, architecture, xhyhwjd general contracting, or related fields
• Experience coordinating contractors, trades, schedules, and construction projects
• Ability to read floor plans and construction documents
• Experience with bids, budgets, change orders, and punch lists
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing scope and pricing with contractors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
