Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigation matters.

• Manage litigation involving title insurance, property disputes, foreclosures, and related real estate issues.

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.

• Prepare cases for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.

• Participate in court appearances, conferences, negotiations, and client meetings.

• Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal guidance.

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff while independently managing assigned matters.

• Maintain high standards of legal writing, advocacy, professionalism, and client service.

• 3-6+ years of litigation experience.

• Experience with title insurance cases, property disputes, and foreclosures required.

• Strong experience handling the pre-trial phases of complex litigation.

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Strong communication and client-management abilities.

• New York Bar admission preferred/required.

• Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Strong attention to detail, judgment, and commitment to providing exceptional legal service.

• Substantial experience handling title insurance litigation, property disputes, and foreclosure matters, along with excellent legal writing and strong pre-trial litigation skills.

• The attorney will have significant opportunities for court appearances, client interaction, and hands-on responsibility from the outset.

• Annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.

• Revenue-sharing program providing attorneys with one-third of collected revenue generated from their billed hours, subject to the firm's compensation structure.

• Additional revenue participation for attorneys who generate new business.

• No minimum billable-hour requirement.

• Unlimited earning potential for high-performing attorneys, with the potential to earn substantially above the stated salary range.
