Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and formulating detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions as well as behavioral guidelines.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and reflective of their treatment progress.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to assess patient mental health effectively, in conjunction with the clinical team.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies and treatment interventions, ensuring seamless patient care.

• Participating in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's ongoing commitment to high standards of care.

• Serving as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to facilitate comprehensive patient support.

• Networking with local, state, and federal agencies to promote clinic programs and pursue new alliances and funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse client population, including individuals with emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
